Andy Hertwig

I am Andy Hertwig the Head Track and Field Coach here at HLWW. This is my 9th year as the Head Coach and 10th year with the program. Before coaching here, I coached at Winona Cotter for four years while in college. I teach Middle School Health and Physical Education. I am also the C Squad Boys Basketball.

Outside of teaching and coaching, I spend most of my time with my wife Sydney and Daughter Raegan (1). Our German Shorthair, Stanley, keeps us constantly on our toes as well! We love to go on walks or to our parents cabins to enjoy the beautiful Minnesota Summers! Any free time I have I am normally hunting or fishing!
