Hello, my name is Wyatt Determan. This is my fourth year as an assistant coach with the program. I have always enjoyed track due to its variety, not only across the events but because the athletes are so unique as well. It's an exciting challenge to figure out each athlete's strengths and learning styles and watch them grow and get better throughout the season. Most of the time I'm learning something new as well!

This has been such a great program to be a part of, and I'm so lucky I get to continue to do so. You think you've seen it all and then your high jump pit decides it can fly, or the team gets locked out so some seniors pull a 300 IQ heist to get in to the school. During the course of a track season, you never know what you're going to see.

When not around the track, I work fulltime in the tech department at the high school; I run scoreboard for basketball and volleyball. I formerly designed KLKR's Live Broadcasts from the technical side too. You’ve probably seen me around!

Memorable Track Moment:

The section meet two years ago, great competition and we had a strong showing! Six athletes qualified for state, and a couple school records were set all in one day! Also, State True Team last year... Obviously!
